This is a super clean unit from the late 70's, with the insides cleaned out (the original foam crumbles and get stuck to everything) - Pot code reads 1377827. Looks to be a cross over using the script box with the components normally found in the 'block' cased units. After asking a few of the 'experts' they stated that MXR changed to these components in 1978 and they reckon it is likely they had some script logo boxes to use up when the new batch of circuit boards were made up. Two screws missing from the base but that is power for the course. Works perfectly and sounds great. This is the edition they did that had the power supply input and LED (just before the company went bust!).
