I live in the US but am posting this bass here because it seems that European players are much more familiar with Marleaux basses than USA players. It is currently boxed up and ready to go. Despite my many attempts to find the perfect 5 string I'm beginning to think that for me at least, no such thing exists. So, I'm putting this up for sale to fund a monster 4 banger. I found the bass I want so, here we are at my Final reduction/ridiculous low price [b][color=Red]1,650 EUROS [/color][/b] plus shipping. Madagascar Ebony top and matching headstock. Ebony fingerboard. 3-band EQ. Active/passive switch. Hard-bag-case thing in excellent condition. Weight is 9 lbs according to the bathroom scale. Action is crazy low, well balanced.
