Truckstop Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 Hello all, Looking for a guitarist of moderate quality and experience to work for me in a functions and party band. Pay starts at a minimum of £70 a night. Based in St. Albans, herts but you'll play nationwide. Initially we'll need to invest a bit of time rehearsing getting the stage show right but then will be playing very regularly and could lead to more work with other agents and bands. Infrastructure (agents, managers, contacts, vehicles, PA, lights etc) already in place. Lots of overnight stays and depending on circumstance up to a week away at a time so you'll need a flexible job! You'll need good gear, preferably an amp with DI and two guitars in good condition and regularly maintained. Experience of and possession of effects and modelling a bonus as there'll be lots of pop and disco/party stuff in the set. You'll need to be ok with wearing costumes and maintaining your appearance.
