[/quote]What a sound....very Rickenbacker!! Really chuffed with it! A couple of wires came off during the sanding,I really should have removed the pickups rather than covering them up,but I soldered them back on,then renewed the jack socket. Lowend Stu Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 Blow Me! just noticed the sticker on that headstock, Tony Bird used to sell quite a number of Wilkes guitars back in the 80`s I was in a band with him and he played a very nice white Wilkes guitar at the time great build/hardware and sound!!
