Black, with maple neck and fingerboard, pickups upgraded to Nordstrand Fat Stacks, and a US Bartolini NTMB 918F preamp (currently wired for 18v working, but can easily be changed to run at 9v). Other mods: a black string tree, black USA Hipshot Ultralite tuners, a tortoiseshell scratchplate, and black metal knobs. A very cool looking bass! Cosmetically it has a little bit of buckle rash, and some small scratches on the top horn, but no major dings. It's a fantastic bass, really comfortable and easy to play, with a huge variety of sounds, but I've just managed to get hold of another DJ5 to add to my stable and I really can't justify keeping both. Price is £750, including UK shipping and a gig bag. Sorry, but I'm not looking for any trades.
