Napier is in Edinburgh, which is one of the nicest cities in the world to live in. It also doesn't get anywhere near as hot as Lefkosia does. Bass teacher... I don't know, I'm doing a masters in Graphic Design... ring them up and ask them. As a uni it is good in some subjects and bad in others, it's worth checking up. Ask a few people on here if they have heard of it as a good music course... I don't know! The degree from Edinburgh Uni is probably more renowned. Personally I think asking lots of hard questions on the phone to a course leader would be good for you. What do you want from a music course? work that out and then ask them what they offer.
