blitz Posted March 2, 2012 Share Posted March 2, 2012 (edited) Howdy. Just joined so I should the necessary introductions. Been playing about 10 years and now based in Brussels. Playing an 8 year old Status Stealth 4 through a fairly standard Ashdown amp (for space purposes) with a VT bass deluxe taking care of the tone. Playing in a general bar band over here at the moment and as the bars don't have PAs usually there's a lot of gear to haul around - hence the not huge amp! With a fairly steady job and the band finding its feet the GAS is eating at me. Luckily what I'm looking for in a bass doesn't seem to come up too often on the forum so I haven't ran off and put myself into too much debt yet - but there's always time.
