Rewiring Marshall 4 x 10, need female spade terminals

Hello all

I am trying to rewire an 8 ohm Marshall 4 x 10, fitted with Celestion 100 watt speakers, to 2 ohms so I can power it from my VBA, and need some female spade crimp terminals. I bought some from Maplins today, but the 4.8mm ones are too small, the 6.3mm ones are too big for the male spade connectors on the speakers themselves, anyone know which size I should use, and where I can get them?

Thanks in advance, basschatters

Thanks guys, I was hoping to use crimp terminals not just cos i'm poor to middling at soldering, but thats just cos i'm out of practice, and only have lead free solder, which seem to have a poor reputation, but so I can wire (eventually) the cab to either 2 or 8 ohms, either with a switch or 2 x 4 ohm outputs depending which amp (ABM 500 or VBA) is powering it, and until I hear em, wont know which way to go. I'll give marshall technical a go, thanks again.
