The bass is a Custom Jazz, burl walnut drop top on an ash body, birdseye maple neck and fingerboard, custom wound pick-ups, knobs: vol, vol, bass treble, 34" scale, 40mm at top nut and 45mm at 12th fret. The neck profile is the slim jazz style and the bass is set-up to perfection. The weight it approx 3.8 kilos and balances really nicely. The bass comes with a new gig bag. The new price for a custom build like this from Jon is in excess of £1850 depending upon the spec.
