steve-soar Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 I had the bass made for me by Keith Bennion back in 1986 as Rob Green didn't make left handed versions. Anyway after getting Keith to spray over the original clear finish with black, doh! I sold the bass in 1996, then 2 years ago managed to buy it back. Now, after I've stripped it, it's ready for a hard gloss finish curtousy of Keith again. I'm keeping the original EMG's and fitting a U Retro. Here are a couple of shots of removing the finish.
