basskay1 Posted September 2, 2011 Share Posted September 2, 2011 Hi all! Simple one here, really - just trying to gauge interest as I may need to get a new head. This is a 2006 Markbass SA450 head (recently discontinued) and I love it to pieces. For the types of venues I am playing now however, I am starting to think that I need more power at 8 ohms which is disappointing because it is still a very loud head (especially at 4 ohms). No pictures as of yet, but it does have some scratches at the bottom as these heads can sometimes pick them up quite easily . I still may decide to keep it, as I am also currently looking into buying a power amp and hooking it up to the Markbass instead. Cash on collection is vastly preferred as sending stuff like this makes me nervous, but a possible agreement could be reached - I'm also around the Sussex/Surrey/Kent area quite a lot if that helps matters.
