We opened up the Big Top Tent on Friday night and it was a phenominal gig! I apologize in advance for the 'rough' video and audio quality - unfortunately the show was recorded on a Flip video camera by Laura's PA. There is a proper DVD version that was recorded and broadcast on Sky 1 and Sky Arts channel, so we're just waiting for that DVD to come through, then I'm sure they'll be up on Youtube within a couple of weeks. (not got a problem with that as I have suggested a little project do the same as it saves so much hassle etc etc and no less costs..) Sounds a very nice gig to get. However, and please excuse my ignorance, but i'm not entirely sure what you mean by "having to fly in stuff to augment the sound"? Could you possibly explain what you mean? I'm sure in the near future we will audition keyboard / synth players but for the time being using a HD24 machine is a fantastic and convenient way to add those synth parts when performing the shows we do.
