shadowalka Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 Hello Fellow BassChatters! Recently brought a Mesa Boogie 400+ from Ebay. Must say its a fantastic amp. Have yet to gig the things but have tried it out in rehearsals. Looking for some settings to get a funk sound that can cut through in the mix. Have experimented with a few settings but can't get away from a muddy sound. Already looked at a few forum threads but as I'm looking to get out there and gig (got a gig on friday), wondering if anyone has a few settings, advice or other sources I can look into.
