freelancesam Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Just want to let everybody know that i sent my old bass up to Jack Ellis in Manchester to get it playable again (warped neck, dodgy frets, electronics etc) and he went above and beyond what he needed to do! He stoned all the frets and a few of them were too low so he refretted them at no extra cost! He unwarped the neck, sorted the electrics and gave it a really nice set up! Sorry if this sounds like an advert, I don't know him personally I just found him on google but you can tell he loves his job from the pride he put into my bass. He has some nice touches aswell like a 2 month warranty and a full documentation of the work hes done. He also arranged a courier to pick it up and drop it off too as I live in leicester, and his rates topped everyone I found in and around leicester.
