Jakester Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 Hi; Looking for someone in Birmingham, preferably South Brum - Moseley, Kings Heath etc - who can teach funk, jazz and slap. It's got to be evenings only - I've got no chance of daytime, so that seemingly rules out Steve Amadeo. I know the basics of reading, but haven't got a clue about bass clef - 18 years as a drummer have left me unable to read melodic scores! - so experience of teaching sight reading would be great. As it happen, as of yesterday I have a couple of slots available on a Monday evening in central Birmingham, just opposite PMT music shop. I can certainly help you with all the aspects you mentioned.
