Filling dot marker holes

I defretted my acoustic a while ago and it's lovely (miles better bass than when it was fretted!), the lines have been filled and are about to be stained and i have also removed the old plastic dot markers so it'll be a nice dark plain neck.

Obviously i'd like to fill these holes where the dots were but with what? I've heard rosewood dust and dark filler (rather have wood though) but is there anything else that produces decent results?

Also, where would i get rosewood dust from?

Ta!

is the board uniformly black? what colour is it? you can use super glue, by slowly building up layers of glue and dust. or even wood glue (if you dont mind waiting for it to dry before re applying). generally though, super glue fixes most things. if you need a small piece of rosewood or ebony to get some dust from, just pm me your address. you will never hide the holes completely. have you considered re-dotting with black dots?
