sshorepunk Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I like loopers for several reasons, they take tone sucking pedals out of the loop and allow you stick stuff anywhere you want on your board with the option to set two or more pedals to switch at the same time But! there is you basic wired loop pedal, some are better made than others, then you get the Gig Rig pedal which uses relays for switching. The reason given is for purity of signal and silent switching. They cost a bit more, but are they worth it? GigRig guys do some red hot stuff, so i guess they know what they are talking about!
