Originally witha Cimar/Ibanez thing and a Marlin Sidewinder P/J thing. Then I wandered off into 6 strings SGs, Les Pauls etc. Then I got married and bought a house! Quite by accident I told someone at work just before Xmas, I was thinking of playing again, and she told me her brother was looking for a bass player! Now I am back. Gearwise I had to get a lot quickly to get going again, so I made my own 4x12s over Xmas and I take delivery of a Behringer BX4500H head tomorrow. (10 years ago this stuff would have cost a fortune!) I had always kept my 1994 Squier Silver series Jazz back, just in case, but I have also now got a Mexican Jazz as well, which is rather nice. Long term, I will get a USA Jazz (can you tell I like the Jazz yet?!) and also a Marshall VBA400 head, cos I have always liked valve amps....
