Hey Guys,

I was a big fan of Incubus when they had Dirk Lance on bass, not so much now with the new guy :-P

Anyway Dirk has a new band and they have an album out.
This band is interesting because the album has a real mix of styles and even more interesting the lead singer/guitarist is infact the guy who taught Dirk to play bass.

I completely agree with you about Incubus, once Dirk was gone they got very boring indeed..

I'll check this out, I always loved his play on earlier incubus stuff.

I do really like Crow Left of the Murder (with Ben Kenny isn't it?) but agree the bass is a tad less interesting. It's a different sounding album, and it sounds f***ing fantastic. I even love the bass tone.

I love Dirk so much, amazing player. Did you check out some of the promo stuff on youtube when they were recording the album? Some real nice slap and double thumb in there
