In August I bought a brilliant Yamaha BB414 in black from Manson’s in Exeter. The bass plays brilliantly, has a great action and the passive pickups sound brilliant and are very powerful. The chrome and black finish looks slick. The BB414 gets excellent reviews, much better than the equivalent active model [url="http://reviews.harmony-central.com/reviews/Electric+Bass/product/Yamaha/BB414/10/1"]Yamaha BB414 Review[/url] These sell on the internet for £299.00 [url="http://www.giggear.co.uk/p/Yamaha-BB414-Black-Pearl/"]On Giggear Website[/url] Since buying this bass, I have become involved in a Jazz project so am looking for a trade for a semi acoustic / hollowbody bass of similar value. I am interested in Epi Jack Cassidy Epi Allen Woody Ibanez AFB 200 Aria TAB66 But what else has anyone got they’d like to trade? I am looking for a hollowbody electric bass like a violin bass or a Jack Cassidy type with f-holes. Is your brothers Iby AEB like this?
