If it's the original Turbosound woofer it's 4 ohms. No specs online though. No markings on the tweeter. FWIW, the internal volume of the box is about 2.25 sf and it seems to be tuned to about 70 Hz.

Yeah, this looks more like what I'd expect to see on a tweeter in my car. And as far as I can tell all that little guy adds is some fret noise for slappers. But I'm not the best judge since I can't hear much above 10k anymore anyway.

Since I was just inside my BG250-15 adding a tweeter switch, here are a couple photos of the stock tweeter and capacitor (1 μF) for posterity...
