This is an absolutely stunning bass. It was made only briefly by Ibanez during srping 2008. It has a powerful boost/cut 2 band eq (bass and treble) and 2 high output humbuckers. The chip is the only damage to the bass. It is far smaller than it looks in the picture, as can be seen by the extremely small gold sparkles that are around it.

I would be looking for around £275, but hit me with any offers/trades/comments.

I am looking for a fender jazz bass (probably MiM) which is the reason I am selling the Ibby.

I play using the amp head from the range and the 4x10 from the range, I have to say it is blisteringly loud!

It more than keeps up with the band at rehearsals and gigs without going anywhere near max volume :/ this is also without an extension cab so it is only putting out 300 watts.

I would definitely get a second opinion of someone who has used one of these amps before and then go for a refund.

If you'are anywhere near me (Bournemouth) I'd be glad to come and have a listen

All gold hardware, a paint-job you wont find anywhere else, massively adaptable 2 band eq and 2 fat ground shaking (but achingly slappable and perfect for finger-style) humbuckers?

plus some cash?

would really love that bass

I really do like the necks, slim and fast without being too thin, if you get me

I've compared an ibanez SRX series and a Warwick Rockbass Corvette to it and the 414 wins every time for me. Great variety of tone, nice neck and a comfortable body.

Anyway that's just my 2p
