Just seen that a couple of you are struggling to get a refund. I didn't hear anything back after the initial cancellation message and then agreeing to refund me. 2 days ago I messaged them for an update on this email:

They responded quickly and then put my refund through straight away after over a month since the cancellation. This does fill me with a bit of suspicion that they're hoping to get away with not paying everyone back who forget about it.
