Though I love my V1, I’m not sure (yet) if I see the worth in getting the V2. What I’ve read from Nordstrand is that the V1 offers more lows, V2 more highs, and they crossover in the middle. I’m super interested in the fretless, however, but I haven’t seen any impressions of it online.

Hi all Relatively beginner bassist, though technically I picked up my first bass something like 20 years ago. Drums were my first love - but who can have a drum set in their house? It was early last year when I decided to finally take learning the bass seriously (as it were - this really is just for fun). I play a short scale Acinonyx, which I really love. In terms of genres, well a bit of everything, but the aspiration is to be a competent jazz bassist. I’ll get there. See you around, Peter

Hey @Kateplaysbass Just joined the site too. My main bass is an Acinonyx, which I love. I’m currently trying to get my hands on the fretless version. Curious to hear your thoughts on the others, particularly the Maruszczyk - his basses have caught my eye regularly while browsing Bass Direct.
