1. Up for grabs is my 78' Fender Musicmaster. Awesome short scale. Very lively and resonant bass. Sounds juuuust right with a pick as well as fingers. Fat P-bass vibe going on.

Freshly strung with Daddario Chromes (after the pictures was shot).

    OHSC included

675£ Shipped or trade with a Musicman, Jazz Bass or something funky!

    Bass is located in Denmark.

  2. Up for grabs is a lovely 78' P bass. Fretless and slightly modded. It has passive Bartolini pickups and a Schaller bridge. Pots are also aftermarket and the jack has somekind of weird Stereo wiring. The tiny two way switch has something to do with stereo something something.. I never used it. The two controls are just volume and volume. It sounds AMAZING. Loads of sustain even with the Daddario Nylon flats. Fretboard in VERY good condition.
The bass is surprisingly lightweight. Around 4kgs. Maybe even a hair below.
Original pickup, pots and bridge included!
No case nor gigbag. Lets discuss options for shipping (I can order one and ship or take the bass apart and ship cheaper that way).
    Bass located in Denmark.
    Price: 1050£ shipped.

Wow. Far outside my price range, or my skill, sadly.

How does the volume setting work? Is there a control inside the electronics cavity?

The controls are integrated in the bridge. Stacked volume / volume for B-E strings and A-D-G. And stacked bass/treble.

  4. A careful feeler.. This bass is amazing.. But I am not really feeling 5 strings on fretless to be honest. So I am thinking about moving this MONSTER of a fretless. Absolutely stunning in every aspect. Ridiculously lightweight (3kgs), extremely responsive and resonant bass.. Perfect playability. Nothing to NOT like. However this bass has been played.. ALOT. Professionally by Dave Swift (original owner). Alot of pick wear on the top if you look closely. I dont care - but it needs to be mentioned.

Walnut top, Alder body. Mahogany neck and ebony board. Piezo and individual volume for B-E and A-D-G.. Custom option made especially on Daves request.

Original Rob Allen case included.. In funky faux alligator skin finish..

(Sorry about pictures.. bad lighting.. Will supply better ones as soon as the rain clears)

  5. Up for grabs is my awesome parts fretless bass made by Mighty Mite body and neck. Schiller hardware and DiMarzio pickups. The coolest thing about this bass is that it has been worked on and perfected by Christian Celinder in the late 90's. The neck is outta this world!
The body and back of the neck is finished with wax (or so i believe)

400£ but I am open to offers. Trades - try me.

Will ship in a generic hardcase.

    Bass is located in Denmark.

  6. ***28th of April I am undergoing surgery (broken collar bone) so I won't be able to ship for the next week or two***

Up for sale or maybe a trade is my beloved and well cared for Jazz. Its a 78 if you see the serial, but neck stamp dates 77' and so does the pots. So one of those late seventies cool J's. :)

The pickups are strong and the bass sounds amazing. Just what you would expect from a ash/maple J.

The bass has been cared for so no extraordinary wear and tear. Frets are sound and the neck is straight and strong capable of super low action. Currently strung with DR Hi Beams for that amazing bite only 70's J's deliver. Its a very lively and resonant bass.

Also, this bass is not a boat anchor - nor a feather weight. Its in at 4.5kgs on my kitchen scale.

    Original case included.

    No pickup covers. Sorry.

    Bass is located in Denmark.

Reason for sale or maybe a trade is a need to try something else. I like traditional style instruments like this Fender. A Fender Mustang and Yamaha BB2024X is high on the list. But maybe a vintage P or a rosewood J would be cool. Also, a nice Musicman or a 5 string.. Maybe even an older hollow body! As you see, i am open to offers!

    Picture time:

  7. *TRADED*

I got this amazing P a couple of weeks off this forum only to find out my needs are shifting towards a Jazz Bass.

I am looking for a nice J.. A 62' reissue or maybe a deluxe. I will add cash for the right deal.

Very nice bass. Resonant, lively and very sweet sounding with the Daddario Chromes. It has the Fender Custom Shop pickup. Lightweight as well. Just under 4kgs!

Based in Denmark. Shipping no problem.

  8. Just bought Dans Fender US Standard P-Bass.

It arrived very well packed from England via UPS tracked, on time, packaged with great care and perfectly matching Dans description.

Throughout the whole process Dan was patient with my many questions and answered them all with no hesitation.

I cannot recommend Dan enough! He is a very trustworthy member of this lovely bass community.

It was a pleasure dealing with you mate.

    Thanks!
