  2. Apologies- bit late on this one but has this combo sold?
  3. Running out of space so deciding to downsize my stack. Up for sale is my 8ohm Peavey Black widow 115 and 4ohm tvx 210. Not in the greatest aesthetic condition but sound great. Looking for £150 for the pair. Collection prefered from Kent area but can help deliver if not too far. [attachment=76064:DSCN0187.JPG]
  4. another price drop.. i really need the space/ money
  5. Sold. (still got my basses for sale though - check them out!)
  6. Cheers. It is a nice bass just surplus to requirements. NJ is the Japanese series rather than the American.
  7. No takers even at £70? Thats got to be cheap for a good solidstate workhorse surely?
  8. I had a go on the ibanez k5 at GAK the other day and really enjoyed the feel of the neck and weight/ feel of the bass as a whole. Not wishing to advertise the fact i was a Korn fanboy i asked the guy in the shop if there was another model like it and he confidently told me it was quite unique - not even another ibanez 5 string was like it. I find this a little hard to believe and felt this was a blatently obvious attempt to get me to buy the bass there and then. Does anyone know of a bass similar to the K5? What was the K5 modelled on?
  9. Price dropped again... i can see it'll have to go on ebay at this rate
  10. I know. Still cant work out why someone would have put it there in the first place!
  11. I measured from the centre of the pickup to the 12th fret and it is 13 1/2 inches. Thanks for the catalogue Bassassin. Didnt realise the plate wasnt supposed to be on the front so i had a peek underneath. Apart from a bit of glue that was holding the plate there is nothing there. Quite strange as to it being there.... [attachment=38103:bassfront.JPG]
  12. SOLD on EBAY for £272..... Up for sale is my 1978 Ibanez Musician MC800. I have never seen another one for sale. It has a single passive pickup - all the other Musicians i have seen have the 2 passive/ active pickups. There is some wear and tear which is understandable considering its age but overall its in great condition. Simplistic volume and tone controls. The pots are are crakle free and the circuitry works as it should do. An absolutely amazing sounding bass which just doesnt get used much lately and needs a good home. Offers in the region of £300. 13. Having recently upgraded my rig i am reluctantly offering up for sale my Behringer BX3000T 300W amp head 300 Watts @ 4 Ohms or 2 x 8ohms. 5 band EQ Onboard level meter. Speakon Connection. FX loop, active/ passive input and seperate line out and DI sockets. Included are the instructions and the footswitch that toggles the shape and ultrabass modes. This has never been gigged - only low level studio use. In superb condition apart from the odd cat hair caught in the felt covering! Looking for something in the region of £80 - make me an offer. Collection prefered from Shoreham/ Sevenoaks due to weight. Will post but it'll cost. [attachment=38061:100_0248.JPG] [attachment=38062:100_0263.JPG]
