My band is due to start gigging in the new year and were looking to get a PA system

What kind of power would we need? We'll be playing pubs and clubs mainly.

Im considering buying the Ashdown Mag range as my new gigging rig as ive just got back into gigging after a short while off.

ive read through the impedance thread but ive been left with a headache!

If i was to get:

Im in the process of collecting parts for a new project and a bit stumped by the electrics!

Ive seen this set up -

Its a little unclear on the website at first and may appear that its just the p/ups for sale but just to the right theres a 'different perspectives' bit with photos of the pots etc.

Would this be all i needed to get for the electrics?

Also anyone with experience of EMG stuff feedback would be much appreciated!!

Couldnt possibly comment on the above but i bought a headless Status S3000 off adledman - good communication, reassuring to deal with, bass delivered as and when agreed and wouldnt hesitate to deal with him again

Second that for Gaslight Anthem; saw them Hyde Park Calling supporting/with Springsteen, then 02 Birmingham, seeing them next week at Hammersmith Apollo then November in Nottingham! Excessive some may say but for me one of the best bands in existence!

Selling my Hofner Violin due to not being able to get on with the shorter scale. I bought it as I really like the Violins, and thought I would be able to get on with the scale but unfortunately cant.

Its only about 3 months old and still in great condition, no scratches or knocks, not gigged just used for home use.

It is in sunburst.

Comes with a Hofner gig bag (well padded)

I am in Rotherham S.Yorkshire, can use courier if required, at buyers expense.

Got these but turns out due to a holiday being booked over the same dates (oops) they are surplus to requirements so...

if anyones after a pair and dont want to pay the ridiculous prices on ebay, then im after £250 for the pair.

on wednesday 24th Feb 2010 they are in section BK417 Row G seats 842 and 843 (you can see the location on the official website)

tickets are not due for release till 10 days advance of the show, but email confirmation will be sent, and as soon as tickets are recieved by me they will be forwarded by recorded delivery.
