in fact, ive just checked, and the Warwick 810 NEO comes in at 119!! without a 400 watt amp in it! :S:S
its 54kg -
i would always put a comp last because for one it your signal maybe run through a comp in the pa so if you have it last in general it's closer to the front of house sound and i reckon you'd send a better signal to both your amp and the desk.
-
how much you selling this for? it would make a sweet backup.
-
cheers guys. i think i got it sorted. my guitarist has the stuff i need so im gonna build one.
-
i've just bought a zoom B2 and i don't want it in my signal when im not using it. i don't want to spend loads on a loop box. ifs there's kits around that'll be sweet. anything true bypass really.

ive never really found moveing my 8x10 around much hassle at all. im 8x10 for life.
Just wondered why you put a jazz neck on it
yea man its looks really. i love the look of it. i do love jazz necks aswell though. -
well if i had to use the new equipment from different brands id use:
lakland basses
either fender or ampeg all valve heads and matching cabs
and maybe DR strings. i have a set of blue ones waiting to go on my p-bass -
Stick some ash trays on it and its not far off. you don't like a p bass neck?
i love the p neck. if i had a custom it would be a p neck with blocks.
that mm p is sweet and good skillz ped -
My old bass was built by Warwick in the '80s. My new bass is being built by Robbie of RIM Custom. My preamp is made by Avalon Design. My power amp is made by QSC. My cabs are made by Acme. My strings are made by DR.
All these companies just do pretty much one thing, be it bass, amp, cab or strings, and do it very well.
So which brand of shop do you like to get your clothes, food, media, electrical goods, from?!

whatever you are most comfortable with. be it low as hell or high as hell. mine is low at the moment because i like it low for the music i play. if i was playing something more techy i would have it high
-
for bass amp and strings what would it be?
mine would be fender. i use fender basses and i have some fender strings at the moment and i have a sunn 300T so its all good for me. -
i'd really like it in white with shell scratchplate and matching headstock and s/b aswell but i could'nt find the pics
I had the guitar version once, and never got to grips with the finicky controls. Are the bass ones as difficult?
i think they are similar. thats why i took them of for this pic -

didnt realise you used lbs. you just used numbers. the warick neo is 20kg lighter than my marshall and 10kg heavier than my sunn. its pretty light really.
