  1. Seymour Duncan '69 style stratocaster for sale. These were made by ESP luthiers behind brands like Navigator and are very rare. I have never seen another '69 model like this. Alder body, maple cap neck, large headstock, Seymour Duncan SSL2 pickups and weighs 3.4kg. It sounds great, like a classic Stratocaster should
  2. I have a lovely Fernandes P bass for sale. It's from the revival series, which were top of the line at the time, and just has that classic growly P bass tone, sounds very vintage and vibey. It's stock, spriral bridge, P bass pickup, big tuners and a 40mm nut width. Weight is right at 4kg and all around very nice bass. It's got rotosound strings on it, which are not too old, but I do have several sets for sale as well if you're interested. £30 each set, I have nickel d'addario's, rotosound steel and GHS Bass Boomers ferandes3,jpg
  3. Yes, 18mm bridge spacing and the neck tapers so it does not feel like an sb1000 at the bridge
  4. Up for sale, a 1985 Aria Pro II “Super Bass” SB-1010 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Matsumoku factory in Japan, this is a notably rare medium scale (830mm, 32.67”) model of Aria's enduringly popular SB-1000, crafted with a five-ply maple/walnut neck-through body paired with Canadian ash body wings. The smoothly sculpted neck-through body construction offers superb sustain as well as unbeatable access to the upper frets. The MB-1E ceramic magnet humbucker has ample output with a big, powerful low end response and plenty of punch, and the “B.B. Circuit” is an active EQ that provides six different shades of focused midrange, it weighs 4.3kg. I'm not sure what these are worth as they are so rare but I'm open to offers and trades Neck Specs: -Wood: Maple/walnut (five-ply) -Shape: Chunky C, measuring .890” 1st fret, 1.015” 12th fret -Fretboard: Rosewood slab, dot inlay -Frets: Medium jumbo, virtually no wear -Scale Length: 32.67” (830mm) -Nut: 1 5/8” -Tuners: Aria Pro II-branded, MHB-3G Gotoh -Serialization: 5-prefix inked serial translates to 1985 Body Specs: -Wood: Canadian ash -Pickups: MB-1E humbucker -Controls: Volume, Tone, B.B. Circuit On/Off, six-position B.B. Circuit rotary -Harness: B.B. Circuit powered by two 9V batteries, blinking status LED -Hardware: Toploader bridge (chrome-plated) -Plastics: Ridged grip knobs
  5. Is it still available?
  6. Excellent P bass made by ESP Edwards in Japan. It has lacquer finish on top and includes a Seymour Duncan SPB-2 pickup. It's in very good condition. Comes with an ESP gigbag. 10. Yes, I've had dimarzio's and seymour duncan's in there, but i think the originals have most character and would sell it with the originals or the seymour duncans. I'm based in southwest london
  11. Bump, looking for around £700, I would like to buy an Aria SB bass instead
  12. Bump, offers accepted, especially as there is another bass i would like to buy
  13. Bump, still here, probably will be forever but in case someone is looking for a blue P bass, there's one still here I've also got a new Edwards P bass in Olympic white that I wlll also be selling or trading, but I'll make a new thread title for that.
  14. Thanks, it does seem that Crews are only known by Les Paul fanatics as everyone mentioned they're not familiar with the brand. As far as I know, it was a special order for SoundHouse Music Shop in Japan and that most were made in the Momose factory.
  15. Anyone know what strings he used? It sounds like rounds on some and flats in other songs. The white bass he still uses today seems to be strung with d'addario rounds but the bass he smashed and is on museum display seems to have flatwound strings with red silk so probably roto flats.
  16. Is this still available?
  17. It's still for sale, the neck is a little more round than a Fender PB bass, and feels great. 42mm nut so not too wide either. The neck is a C shape
  18. Another bump, now £700 and I'll throw in a free set of rotosound flatwounds
