Thanks a lot for your kind words.
I really don't know if I want to part with it but the fact is that was bought as a investment and it's a very expensive whim for a old school guy like me.
Got three proposal in firm with trades involved until now so we'll see what happen. -
I've started a thread on the Alembic club website with a link to this sale, there are some big time Alembic lovers over there.

Good luck with it....

Hi Jake,
I did the same when I bought it so the original owner didn't know anything about the bass and that's how I know all these specifications with the friendly help of Mica and many other Alembic forum members.
I don't remember when was the thread but if there's any inaccuracy please let me know so I'm doing my best here to spot all I could. -
5 strings mate, one more than I need.
Thanks anyway.
WITHDRAWN by now. -
Thanks guys, this bass is AMAZING in every way. I can't understand why is still at home with trades involved, really I can't.
-
Withdrawn folks, too nice to part with it.
-
Thanks a lot!
-
Hi Chris... will you consider trades for basses too?
-
Bought two high-end basses from Mark (A Pino P-bass and a Rick 4003) and all was more than fine. Perfect communication, packaging, transaction and delivery.
Top bloke.

Where are you based BTW?
Take a look at my profile and the first post.
1145 pounds + shipping. I'm from Spain.
I have a DR Sunbeams set with only minutes of playing that I include with the sale too. -
Sold in Spain.

Still available, a good friend of mine and guitar collector told me yesterday that this bass have one of the best Brazilian Rosewood fingerboards he ever saw.
More details about tone & playability: The neck is is straight with a slim/medium round, very easy to play. Original frets in very good condition showing only minor wear not dents. The truss rod works perfect.
This bass is superb and plays fantastic, extremely resonant with a very low weight. -
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee, why don't you send it back?
The Thomann link is only for the specifications, was bought brand new this month in a local dealer and I can't get a refund, only a exchange for other bass but they don't have anything of my interest.
This is the best price I have found in your country:

Mine is in the same condition: ABSOLUTELY NEW, with full european warranty, perfectly ajusted with a brand new set of expensive Pyramid flatwounds and comes with Dunlop Dual straplocks as well. Furthermore I can include a set of DR Sunbeams.
I think it worths guys. -
Peter Tork from the Monkees? exactly. ^_^
Also Justin Meldal-Johnsen with Beck and Nine Inch Nails and countless 60's american west coast and r'n'b bands. -
730 pounds SHIPPED INSURED to your country... or 740 euros + shipping.
It's my best effort. -
I truly love the look and sound of the bass but I'm a long scale player and it's uncomfortable for me, despite this is a stunning bass.
-
Looks great!

Welcome to that Deaver, best luck with your sales.

Top guy in every sense. Traded my SG bass for his Lakland DD and I can't be more pleased. Fast shipment, great packaging and splendid communication.
Nick, thanks a lot for that bass and such wonderful transaction. -
Thanks Shaggy, this beauty is one of my favorites but I finally got a Pino P-Bass and currently my bank is after me.

C'mon boys, the blueflower has to go now. -

This is mine fifted with a Hagstrom pickup and a pearloid pickguard, as Burrito said it's a 51, not a nice '54 like yours.
