    Just bought two PA speakers from Myke, great communications throughout transaction, extremeley well packaged (must have shares in Bubblewrap and Celotape). Really good man to do business with.

    Fantastic, bought a "Jeanies" Lakland Bob Glaub pickguard, good price and I've already fitted it to my bass less than 24hrs after sending payment. Only downside, bloody postman woke me up at daft o'clock this morning for a signature. Many thanks Nick

    I now own the Fecker Pretender, it is the dogs danglers and is used as my main gigging bass with The Above Average Weight Band down in deepest darkest Dorset.

    You could well be right, I am no expert I just assume board light= maple, board dark= rosewood. Thumb rest I fitted and know for sure is rosewood.

    Thanks for the interest, body solid mahogany, rosewood board, 5 piece neck, not sure looks like mahogany and bubinga or wenge. These are not your average Soundgear basses (which are very good anyway). I'll post pics of back when I can get my hands on a digital camera (probably tomorrow, very lo tech household)

    For sale Ibanez SR1000, EMG active P/J pickups, 3 band EQ in good condition (a couple of small chips on the headstock and a little bit of buckle rash) made in Japan approx 1994. This is a beautiful instrument, the only reason I'm selling it is because it has too many whistles and bells, I like things simple (volume and tone is enough controls for me to handle). Comes with a hardcase, looking for about £300 + postage or if you are in or near Dorset you can collect.
