SOLD Here is a Thomann Hillbilly Hot Rod DBR 3/4 Double Bass with soft case and bow. This belonged to our bass player Ian who sadly passed away suddenly last year - I am selling the bass on behalf of his partner and young daughter. The bass is in as new condition and was purchased from Thomann a couple of years ago for €798. The bass is located in the Huddersfield (Denby Dale area) and can be tried out by arrangement. This is pretty much half the new price (more in some cases if you search online). So I think the price is about right for now.

SOLD For sale or for trade is my 1982 Gibson Les Paul Custom in wine red. It's an incredible guitar, but the time has come for a change. The guitar is all original (except for it has Schaller straplock buttons on). Overall condition is excellent for a 31 year old guitar and I have been told by Ben of [url="http://www.beejguitars.co.uk/Home.html"]http://www.beejguitars.co.uk/Home.html[/url] that is an excellent example, with a particularly slim profile neck. It is also a quite rare model as each machine head folds out to turn into a peg winder (see pictures). It's pretty heavy of course, but sustains forever. It was recently fret levelled and set up for 10's. Plays with a very low action. General wear amounts to whitened binding from playing abrasion, the gold hardware has rubbed away a little in places, there is some lacquer checking and wear on the back of the headstock and a 1cm missing piece of binding off the top right of the headstock. Pictures clearly show all of this. SOLD New Allparts Jazz bass maple neck. Just got this jazz bass neck new imported from the states. Brand new, unused, high quality jazz bass neck. Quite chunky profile. Doesn't quite fit my body, so selling. This is basically an unfinished neck, that has been finished by the seller with a light amber stain and sealed with tru-oil, which is a light sealer that is used on gun stocks. So it feels very natural, untacky and smooth. As the finishes are quite light, it would be very easy to strip and seal however you choose i.e. in modern satin poly. But as is, it is ready to drill, bolt on and play. Tusq nut installed and frets are levelled with no sharp edges. I would like £130 including p&p for it.
