3. Thats the same bloke who wanted about £900 for an SB1000. Wonder where he gets his prices from? Bugger just checked his feedback he sold the aria for $1000 about £650. I would of had that.

 11. Just had an email back off Ferris the people who I bought the bass off. They said to keep it! Ive been refunded and have a dodgy bass. Think im gonna be ripping the frets out tonight and seeing if I can do something with it. Not complaining but what an odd way to run a business.
 12.
I own one of the Westfield VBS5a's (or Warwick look a likes). The issue i had with it in the begining was to with the strings. It came strung with a wierd set of strings, with a very light "low B". And thus this was causing loads of fret buzz. I chucked them and stuck a set of Medium Warwick Yellow Labels on it, did a good proper set up and it plays just fine. The only 2 issues i can put against the bass are, the rear strap button is too high up and gives you major neck dive. And the pickups are quite weak. Apart from that its doing me just fine. and is my gigging bass.
Cheers for that. Currently in negotiation for a nice warwick STD but if it doesn't come off i think i'll be getting one of those and a Gallien Kruger backline 15 or and old trace elliot gp 4x10.
 13.
Aye, it's cheap at t'minute and no mistake
I'd be happy if stayed at £1 lol. Took advice from above hopefully I'll end up with it! Looks really nice.
 14. Sent an email to the shop and they agreed a full refund. They refunded me straight away without collecting the bass. I have it boxed up ready to go but no contact from them. Seen a bass on Ebay a Warwick Streamer STD whats the usual price for these second hand? looks in good condition. * Just found the thread on here with it on lol. I have my answer.
 15.
You got a link? I'm intrigued
Ill have a look, cant remember what it was listed as now as it had no name.
 16.
There was a bass listed last week or so and the guy said he had spent ages doing it up even though he bought it a couple of weeks before. The same bass turnes up again being sold by his girlfriend or wife saying that he had been playing it for years. Im not an ebay stalker honest! Just seems daft to lie to people especially when you can go back and check feedback.
18. My fingers dont work properly, I deleted it and couldn't be bothered rewriting it. It wasn't that interesting.

 20. I'll be sure to look on here before Ebay. If I do see something on Ebay I'll put a post and get an opinion before I buy this time! Seen a second hand rockbass vampyre at gak I quite like the look of. Need to email for price though.
 21. It is a new bass!!! Can't believe it would be sent out like that.
 22. Hi guys. Bought a bass to get back into playing after a while. I bought it off a company called Ferris Music. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-STRING-ELECTRIC-BA...Q2em118Q2el1247 Very polite and delivery was quick but boy what a load of rubbish. Action is ridiculous, wiring is wrong (2 volume pots, both do the same thing on or off for all the pickups), truss rod wont turn and to top it off rusty frets! Has anyone an opinoin on the Westfield 'Warwick' look a likes? The guy in the guitar shop has them for £119, he said Warwick were going to confiscate them off Westfield so they sold them all off cheap. Or any other ideas? Looking to spend about £150 to £200?
 23.
ask bassassin, he'll give you the answers you desire- plus can probs put you in the right direction to find one for cheap
Cheers guys. Just got the Ferris bass. The action is 1.4cm at the 24th fret!! Wired up wrong, rusty frets and the truss rod wont turn. Not a good start lol.
