Mine was similar...when I swapped pickguards I had to move the pickups slightly (it was a generic P bass pickguard I was fitting) and was able to better align the strings betwen the magnets. Not sure it made any tonal difference though! Great bass and glad you're enjoying yours.

Cheers mate. Yeah I’m not sure the mis- alignment is making any negative impact on the tone or volume so I might just leave it. 

Hi all, just got my Profile Bass and I love, it is everything people say it is. But has anyone else noticed that the pick up poles and the strings are really off centre, more so on the D and G strings?

Just bought a Cort A4 Custom Z from Ebenezer. What a top bloke, helped me with a smooth purchase and the bass arrived well packaged, on time and in the condition described in the add. Could not have gone better. Thanks. 

Hi. Any idea is the weight of this bass. Looks great 

1991 Fender Mex Jazz Bass. 

Really looking for a straight trade for a lightweight bass. 

The lighter the better, not super fussy and open to suggestions.

It sounds amazing, very deep and punchy sound probably due to the bass being heavy ish,  weighs in at 10lbs. 

One small chip on the body and a tiny amount of buckle rash, otherwise it’s in fantastic nick for a bass of this age. 

Wouldn’t sell but I need something lighter for long gigs, bloody back issues.

I have some jazz bass spares to chuck in too. Two old school bridges. Some black top hat knobs which were on it when I got it and a pair of ToneRider jazz bass pick ups which sound great. 

Would prefer local meet up to posting it.

For sale my Orange Terror Bass amp mk2
500 watts @ 4ohm
250 wattts @ 8ohms, hybrid amp with class d and tube Tonnes of power and volume, three band eq, Gain and clean switch, Pad switch for active basses.

This amp is in near mint condition, has two tiny tiny little scratches that stop it being A1. 

Comes with original gig bag and kettle lead and manual 

Has recently had its 18 month check up at PMT. Perfect working order. 

Plenty of reviews of this amp online and as you know they have a decent following. 

Collection from Banbury, Warwick or local meet up. 

I won’t be posting it as I have no box.
