Thankfully this sort of thing rarely happens on the punk/Oi scene, probably as the rest of the crowd would severely batter anyone stupid enough to do it.
its good to look out for each other. 😊

Usually really obvious, especially on a sunburst, with little attempt to match contrasting grain!

Lovely looking bass but what’s the deal with the LEDs being on the wrong frets? How confusing would that be?

Unfortunately not Don, the Pino basses are team built, and many of the other team builds are over the 3k mark. The Master build basses are even more money than the Pino...
Our friend Hiram had the truss on his Flea Jazz break, but more alarmingly my friend bought a new CS bass that came with a busted truss rod. I can’t believe it left the factory like that as it wouldn’t even adjust anywhere near the position it should have been. Also, the shop didn’t pick up on it either, nor on another second hand CS they sold him with a busted rod.
Whats the world coming to eh?
no one seems to care anymore

Nop, because I don't like that.. but it can be stopped by the body like some builds I've seen but Flamed maple isn't really hard and a Amaranth insert will be a little bit too much.... Currently thinking.......
ok fair enough

This is the dilema I'm having at the moment. Is it easier to just drop down using the tuning peg (by ear) or invest in a Hipshot.
hipshot is easier to drop down. then to retune

Honestly, I'm no expert like I said but I tried many many cabs. Not all cabs of the world of course. I never found the feeling of a 15 in another size. Maybe it's psychological, but I have the right to be crazy, don't I?
@Conan easy my friend, I found it ugly in the meaning "not really classy" more raw design... Never said it was not well finished. It's a matter of personal tastes. And segundo, I'm here to have the expertise of people more advised.... And not looking for hours on the internet subjective opinions. So thank you for the infos, much appreciated, I will think about your cab (I can't recall the price, though...). I believe you when you say it's dope quality. Is it warm or dead neutral? (As Glockenklang can be for instance)
I won't go for another size. 1x15. Don't take offense.
i think 15in cabs is a good all rounder works well in most venues

I'm in the market for a new 4-string which is unusual as I'm generally a five string player but there's some songs that are just easier (for me anyway) to play on a 4-string and was wondering if it's worth investing in a Hipshot Bass X-Tender in order to drop down to D (or it'll be Db in my case as we play in Eb for almost all our songs).
Anybody using one? Good ... Bad ... Ugly ?
billy sheehan uses one he loves it

Honestly, this is not a troll post before anybody suggests it is, but can anyone explain to me why it costs nearly 4 grand for a PP Fender Precision:
The "Unique Features" they state come with it are: Vintage Styling, Shows natural wear and tear of years of heavy use, nicks, scratches, worn finish rusty hardware and aged plastic parts. Cable, strap and case.
FOUR GRAND ? REALLY?
i agree 4 grand. put a name on it and wow a fool and his/her money are easy parted
Why do Pros use a P Bass...
