Isn't particulary interesting, but when i first played with my sister (I looked up to her as a guitar player and my sis - never taught me anything, i just tried to do what she was doing) that was pretty cool.

Playing in front of the whole school (a fair few years ago mind) filling in for someone, they asked me to learn bass for it, and i did, and we rocked, played sepultura's "Refuse/Resist".

And another one would be playing in a local club with a comedy band, jammed packed and everyone loving it and dancing like 'tards

I used to love the guy, he is an amazing player but i just cant listen to the music anymore...unless it's Mr Pink!!

Mark king is the reason i started bass playing my dad started because of mark king and all the other brit funk stuff that was around in the early ninetys and got himself a jaydee roadie in the early 1990s a 1980 model with two pickups and passive electronics in tobacco sunburst which he had finished in cherry red and activized if thats a word lol. He then got a series 1 brand new made for him and the roadie got put in the cupboard for a few years. In the meantime my dad bought me a precision bass special which i learnt on later which then got traded in for a jazz and then when i got better he gave me the jaydee and ive studied it hard ever since....love to dad!

too many times.

One i remember (barely) was at a venue above a pub, and we were fairly close to the audience, and it was packed. Hitting someone over the head with your headstock isnt a nice feeling...or sound. Lets say [i]she[/i] didnt see the rest of the show

what a schmuck. I bought my 1004 under £300 new. But that was because the sales assistants didn't have a clue

My old guitarist had one made for him a couple of years ago. Its bloodt brilliant. I'd reccomend it.

Nah i hate high tension thats why i love lighter strings. Keep in mind though it isnt drop C, its C standard. 3 steps down. But i think thats the best option.
