OPEN THE DESCRIPTION TO READ MORE: The "every Iron Maiden Bass Intro" pretends to be a collection of all the Iron Maiden bass riffs they've realeased. It shows some of the best Iron Maiden bass riffs ever, with some iconic basslines played by Steve Harris. This is neither a top bass riff. I tried to compilate the songs where the bass has a lead role at the beginning of a song. This second part includes bass riffs from the albums Piece of Mind, Somewhere in Time, Seventh Son of a Seventh Son and No Prayer for the Dying. Songs that appear on the video: 1. Revelations. 2. Heaven can't wait 3. Stranger in a Stranger Land 4. Déjà Vu 5. Infinite Dreams 6. The Clairvoyant 7. Tailgunner 8. No Prayer for The Dying 9. The Assassin Again, SUBSCRIBE IF YOU LIKED. You will encourage me to make more content of this kind. You and also make suggestions, so I can improve. SHARING AND LIKING THE VIDEO also helps me a lot.

  4. IRON MAIDEN-KILLERS (kind of) BASS SOLO. BASS SOLOS COLLECTION-7. The bass solos series is a collection of great bass solos played by me. It pretends to be a list for people that want to learn or enjoy bass solos. This song appeared on the Iron Maiden's album Killers, released on 1981. This track features an amazing Steve Harris bass solo. That is really uncommon, because Harris stated that he didn't like bass solos. In fact, this kinf of bass solos or bass interludes were more common back in the first Iron Maiden records (in tracks such as killers, Iron Maiden, Run to the Hills, The Number of the Beast...to name a few). This video is not a bass cover of the whole song, just a cover of the bass solo. I will continue uploading this kind of videos, so keep in tune. Please SHARE the video, it helps a lot. 6. The bass solos series is a collection of great bass solos played by me. It pretends to be a list for people that want to learn or enjoy bass solos. This song appeared on the Iron Maiden's album Factor X, released on 1995. While other Iron Maiden albums are much more popular, this record is not one of the most listened. This track features a Steve Harris bass solo. That is really uncommon, because Harris stated that he didn't like bass solos. During the recording of the album, he was in a bad mood, due to personal issues. The atmosphere of the album perfectly reflects this situation. 7. Queen's Dragon Attack bass solo. BASS SOLOS-5. The bass solos series is a collection of great bass solos played by me. It pretends to be a list for people that want to learn or enjoy bass solos. This song was the second track of the Queen's album The Game, released on 1980. While Another One Bites the Dust became a really famous single, this song didn't get so popular. In my opinion, it is a great track, which features a really cool solo by the great bass player John Deacon. I will continue uploading this kind of videos, so keep in tune. 11. The bass solos series is a collection of great bass solos played by me. It pretends to be a list for people that want to learn or enjoy bass solos. This song was the fifht track of the The Number of The Beast Album, released on 22nd March 1982. It was wirtten by the great bassist Steve Harris, and inspired by a dream he had. 13. We all know bass. It's an instrument that is in every kind of actual and older music. Bass guitar is sometimes underrated as an instument. Many people say that they can't recognise it, or that they don't feel it. Maybe it is not always easy to identify bass guitar in some songs (like some metal songs), but it is almost 100% evident when it is not present. In this video, I'm going to try to demonstrate with a few examples that you can feel the bass guitar in metal music. You will clearly notice the difference between having and not having bass guitar. I've put the volume of my bass guitar a bit higher than it actually is on the original mixes, so you can apreciate better what I'm explaining. Also, I'll explain you the function of the bass in every example. The importance of bass guitar can be explained by its presence in the mix and by its function in songs. The video demonstrates both: you can feel its presence or its lack, and it has multiple functions. Bass guitar can be used to create the harmonies of a song, and as a rythmic instrument. You can also write beatiful melodies and solos. It's the link between the drums and other intruments like guitar, piano, ... All in all, it's a crutial instrument, that can keep the rythm, and make beautiful harmonies and melodies. I will continue uploading this kind of videos, so keep in tune. Please SHARE the video, it helps a lot.
  14. Thank you!! I really apreciate your comment. Go grab your bass!, hahaha.

  16. Cliff Burton bass solo cover (Metallica live on the Green 1985). I've covered the live bass solo by Cliff Burton (live on the Green, 31th August, 1985). Comment any other solos that you want me to cover. This solo was player before the great song ´For Whom the Bell Tolls`. That Metallica's song was part of the Ride the Lightning album (released on 27th July 1984). It was inspired by the equally titled Ernerst's Hemingway novel. The book, like the song, is about the spanish civil war. For more information about the song, I let you here the lik of my attempt at that song, where I explain it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmSfzhdjy40 I will continue uploading this kind of videos, so keep in tune. 17. I share with you the cover of this song, including the solo that Cliff played live at the Green 85. I share with you my last video of For Whom the Bell Tolls, which includes the cover of the solo CLiff played live: The essential Metal Basslines to Learn is a series that tries to show the world some of the songs where bass guitar has an important role. It pretends to be a collection of good basslines that any person might consider to learn. In this episode, I've also covered the live bass solo by Cliff Burton (live at the Green, 31th August, 1985) Comment if there's any song whose bassline you consider essential. For Whom the Bell Tolls is a Metallica's song that was part of the Ride the Lightning album (released on 27th July 1984). It was inspired by the equally titled Ernerst's Hemingway novel. The book, like the song, is about the spanish civil war. The war happened between 18th of July 1936 and 1st of April 1939. It was a huge conflict where the spanish republic fought against the national rebels. The great problem was that the country was really divided in two ideological factions, and the population fought against their friends or even family members. Both factions commited great crimes to the history of mankind. International forces took part, like the nazis, the fascist italians or the international brigades. It was like a test for the coming Second World War. The national faction won, but caused the ruin of the country and its population. I will continue uploading this kind of videos, so keep in tune.
