Sorry RK no new pictures at the moment I'm afraid!
I spoke to Robbie Tuesday night to go through a few ideas.
But at the moment he's a very busy boy being as his wife has given birth to their second child this week!!!!!!!
So I will post any new pictures as soon as possible!

Sorry for the lack of pictures guys!!!!!!
I spoke to Rob last night and we discussed the positions for the control pots switches,recessed strap buttons etc!
We also decided on what to do with the 12th fret inlay plus some other ideas regarding the fretboard which I'm keeping secret at the moment!!!!!!

Yeah the custom option certainly opens up a lot of possibilities!!!!!!!

I had to buy a MIM jazz 70s classic series to take my mind off the wait,
As for the intended completion date I really don't know when it will be but I don't mind because Robbie is Doing a great job and he's such a nice guy to deal with.

How's your lovely custom made Overwater?

After much deliberation we av decided to go with a 70mm spacing between bridge and pickup centre.

Hi all just thought I would like to keep you up to date on the build!
I received a text from Robbie about the intended pickup placement and we are going to go with somewhere between 65/70mm from front of the bridge to the centre of the pickup,oh the joy of text!!!!!!!!
Will post more pictures of the build as I receive them
Will be back soon so keep it country!!

Cheers thanks,was going to have all black hardware but my Yamaha 6 string has been converted to black hardware and not really a big fan of all gold hardware so I decided on black/gold mix hardware after seeing some mixed colour ultralites on Hipshots website!

Yeah I must agree with you there plus the solderless connections are a serious bonus!

Nice i'm using the same control set up in my Yamaha trb1006 with a 45j neck and a 45tw bridge at the moment I've just got a exb tone control to replace one of the tone pots when I get around to it!

Neck bolt inserts have been fitted will be using black bolts and gold ferrules!

Very nice what tone control setup are you using?
