i love my ray mate is an ace cant bealive you dont like it I had some issues with the action and fret buzzing but after i set it up i just love it

wise choise mate please send me some sound clips when you fret this beauty

what about the electronics it was passive and now is active like a BN5 (i mean the first knob is adjusting single coils to humbacking so there is not such an option?) It has 21 fret ? and something else i see a change to the color of the heastock. I think is a great value and if you get it you can put the frets back to the ebony !!

stingrayHH is the solution all the tones you want look for your amplification as well

its not just the tone is the feel in the neck that is so different between both of them. I cant play a jazz at all i dont know but i cant. If you want more than a jazz with stingray orginal sound go for the HH model m8...

I think 2eq is better in the low end. Definitely I am gonna buy a classic. My fretless that is 2 eq has the best sound that a stingray can get. I think the 3 band eq is good in my HH stingray that can play everything the pickup make the difference tonal variations and sounds from the HH model. I don’t know the graphite neck should affect the tone. Overall 2 eq is better but i think you need more ajustments to get the right tone with the 3eq.

if you have the new one it has an option that sends the signal to amp instead of headphones i ve try it i conect the bass to it then to an amp i used the effects but i think is better to use it for recording instead of live..

Hi guys i just finish that it came out as an idea i had a clear pickguard and then suddenly poped my mind. I am fan of comis and i wanted a bass painted with comics but this is very difficult so i thout of cutting an image and put it behind it what u think? Do you like it or you prefer it like it was before?
