Best thing is that my mum recognises it, I played it to her and she was delighted it was something she knew, but then she said - oh it's a bit low isn't it then we had a conversation about the fact that it's a bass, not a standard guitar and it's meant to be lower...

Hi everyone I'm new, I've been learning bass for a couple of months, I have a Yamaha erb070 - kind of a Myfirstbass and a real simple practice amp. Nothing flash, because I don't have a lot of money, but it makes a nice sound and it's nice to play. I love learning the bass and I'm glad to be here.
