1. This bass is incredibly versatile. It can do a modern, punchy Humbucker-sound (you can get very very close to the "Tool" bass sound), a nice, growling J-Bass and even vintage Soul and Motown. I like the optics, too, hoever, it seems that they have discontinued this finish. Very nice birdseye maple neck. https://goo.gl/photos/QRT4D8disAjtdaxy5 http://www.musicline-rheine.de/Gitarren/Bassgitarren/E-Baesse/G-L-Tribute-Premium-L-2000-Bass-1545.html https://youtu.be/WT4AP58jC5o
2. This is a great bass, these could easily sell for double the amount of what they go for now. Unmatched value for money. Great condition, very low action. B-String is absolutely fantastic. 3. Very nice bass, has all you want in a Stingray. Growly, punchy tone. Very good condition, string mutes intact. Comes with hardcase (not from Musicman). https://goo.gl/photos/2f3WWXXCXN3JMVZu8 I am looking for 1500€. 4. Very nice Music Man Bass, made in San Louis Obispo, USA. 100% original, comes with Music Man hardcase. The Big Al offers "classic", Fender-like tones that you could never get out of any Stingray, as well as modern, punchy tones that you would expect from a Music Man bass. This is due to the excellent and flexible EQ section (4-band EQ), an active-passive switch and the possibility to switch any of the three pickups on and off seperately via the small black round switches. The neck is also much different from what you would find on a Stringray. Rays have a pretty bulky and thick neck. The Big Al is very nicely shaped, very much like a good 1960s Fender Jazz bass. An absolute joy to play. Setup is nice, action is very low. The Big Al basses go for 2800€ new. https://goo.gl/photos/4APPAuReTgcWnqfr8
5. I was touring the UK with my band some time ago, and I really liked it, but nothing like that is planned right now. I could however entertain the idea of a trade- shipping is an option. I have a sturdy case for the Status, so it should work out fine. I have sent some basses to the UK and vice versa.
6. Sweet bass. Once one of my Foderas sells, I might make you an offer on yours. I think people might be interested in the weight, Fodera 5-strings tend to be a bit heavy.
7.
Beautiful!!
Thanks.
8.
It's my ex bass... Even Fodera Team was surprised with the 35" when I went in NYC this winter...
Interesting. I didn't know it was from bc, I bought it in Hamburg.
Born Year? Consider trade with other Fodera?
Maybe. I am playing a Jazz Bass as my main bass, so I am not really after "boutique" instruments right now. Feel free to offer me other Foderas, though. Especially if they happen to have maple fretboards.
9. Located in Germany. Feel free to offer me anything with less than six strings. It is just not my thing anymore.
10. Yeah, this is definately a custom option.
