Yes, I'm an avid fan of body modification - instruments, that is - so any pics would be appreciated

Great looking result, a proper mini studio. As you say, noise absorption is key and Jimothey's suggestion will be a quick and helpful fix.

I travelled tp London specially to watch the premier and wasn't disappointed. Apart from a minor technical glitch with sound sync. it lived up to its promise. Almost every one of the top bassists alive appeared, and gave their very individual take on bass. I can thoroughly recommend this documentary to all.

Excellent, looks very solid. I like the way you're maximising space over the laundry room/toilet drainage.

No worries, hope your family are O.K now.
Glad things are progressing, and looking forward to the pics -

Took delivery of a custom made instrument cable from Dave (via Bassic Bits site) today, excellent service and quality as always.

Any bass is better than no bass -
Lovely bass, GLWTS
Is that a barrel of walnuts? -
As soon as I sit down and play it's like a cat magnet to my two British Shorthairs. Usually, though, they just want food..........and I'm sure they don't appreciate my playing

Very nice bass, GLWTS

Impressive studwork, and you're installing a loo too?!!

What an excellent idea, I'm sure many of us would like a practice room/studio at home. I look forward with interest to see how it evolves.
