Benjamin Orr...deceased...of the Cars was pretty good.
Chris Coyne of the Godfathers made some nice sounds too. -
Would you be willing to split them? I might be interested in the OBP-2...
I'll try shifting them as a set first. -
The pre amp is wired with stacked tone control and yes, the pups are for a 4 string.
That is lovely. Have a bump.
Cheers! Looks good, sounds better. Some real bottom end, thanks to the chambered body and the TV Jones pups. Would make a good gigging bass for anyone into shorties. -
What a w***er...gonna report this cos i'm bored and hate morally challenged billy hunts like that.
are you a bull?
No... but my ex wife was a cow...does that count? Red makes you angry/restless and i like to be happy and calm when i play....especially when i play with myself. Hence the boring Monty Brown Ric that i currently own. -
Would consider exchange for Head and Cab of similar value.

I like the Attitudes.
And that's saying something, seeing as Lennon was cremated
I'd snort his ashes then -
It may have leaned against someone's Tele at some point...hell it may even have been on the Tele at some point...but that aint no Tele....i smell sh*te.

I'm sorry, but that has to be one of the ugliest Rics i've ever seen...would give you a migraine looking at it.
I think selling this and buying another bass is a fantastic idea. I doubt after your next purchase you''ll even look at another bass again, let alone buy one.
M'wah! -

I like it too...but it would suit a Mod band better than a Punk band
-
I'd rather have a pint with John Lennons mouldering corpse than either of them

What the f*** does the Union flag have to do with punk? other than it appearing on some Sex Pistols merchandise. I would say that the Union flag is almost the antithesis of all that punk was supposed to stand for.

I loved the Skids, but i always thought The Armoury Show was spoiled by Jobsons bombastic lyrics and pseudo intellectualism...in other words i think Jobson is a w***er.
Stuart Adamson on the other hand was always the down to earth one...i miss him.

Cheers Johnny. Take it you're the same Johnnylager that used to frequent the DVD Forums? -
And that Thumb rest didnt help!!
I always liked Spectors, from my pro series nt to the Euro LX. And I love the Rebop I've just bought. They are tiny little bodies and Im sure look stupid on me! lol But the playability and sound do it for me everytime.
That thumbrest is solid ebony...unlike the controls which are solid plastic -
I'm with you. Bought one and kept it for a month before is sold it...at a loss as usual Was just the sound i mainly disliked, though the body was a bit on the small side i did like the neck...the plastic controls made it feel a bit cheap too.
-
I'll let this go for £400 posted...need the money to buy a head....would consider swaps for a decnt head with a headphone out.
As for the original neck...it's on the Highway 1 and it's staying there -
I love Steely Dan..!..anyone else?
