Hello, The book you're referring to is one I put together, and I'm happy you've found it! A quick correction to your post, there are sheets for treble, bass clef, Bb and Eb instruments. Also, the songs are all public domain songs, but the document is under a CC share alike non commercial license. Basically that means you can do anything you want other than sell the .pdf itself.
