Thanks @Beedster i agree that it is an unbelievable neck that is worthy of the best players. I would add that this body and bridge seems to give incredible sustain and the John east and dimarzio combo also adds so much variation. 

The neck also has an additional fret position which is a cool detail. 

What a beauty. I wish I had the talent to do this justice. Bass candy at its finest

Indeed, I utilised the stingray neck and gave this the neck of its dreams. With also a much better pocket fit.

The body is mint and has no dings or scratches. The neck shows light string marks but does not affect the playing. 

This thing sounds incredible and the sustain is beyond anything I have ever owned. The build idea was to be able to get the pino growl which the fretboard and strings in combination achieve in bucket fulls. The John east gives tonnes of options. I honestly think its the best sounding fretless I've ever had. 

The problem I have with it is my sloppy intonation from lack of practice time and struggling with the p bass nut width. The strings spacing at the nut just feels a bit wide for my fingers. So as much as it pains me I will be buying a lined fretless and letting this go. The thing looks so damn cool I'm tempted to keep it but someone needs to play it like it deserves. It really does feel like a pro bass and the sound is something that would get even pino himself chubbed up.

I would prefer collection as I do not have a case for it. But buying cases etc can be agreed with buyer.

Up for sale or trade we have my lovely ACG border reiver. One of a kind instrument as you would expect from Alan. 

It's an incredible bass but unfortunately for me it doesn't get any use as I'm concentrating on my fretless. It was set up by bass bros for me with light gauge strings and plays like a dream. Below is the link from reverb with the bass bros pics which are better than anything I could take. 

The fret board is an American sycamore which I've never seen before. And has the seq filter preamp which is a more simple version of the eq01 I believe. 32 inch scale and weighs 3.2kg super light. Swamp Ash body with that lovely satin finish that acg do better than anyone. 

I am looking for a lined fretless or ideally an acg 5 string fretless with dot markers for fret positions. Saw one on here earlier in the year that I missed out on. But open to fretless options. Or £950 for cash. 

It comes with a fusion gig bag which is without doubt the best gig bag I've ever owned. These alone are £214 new. And its mint.

I would consider trades on this for decent quality studio headphones or maybe effects pedals. 

Yes my guess it's a touch under 4kg to be honest. My relic jazz is 3.8kg and it feels similar if not a touch heavier. 

My scales are saying 9.6lbs. Seems lighter than that and my scales are older than me.

I will check for you today. Its nice and light though, much better than my other jazz basses

Yeah lovely thin feeling profile and nice feeling finish. 

Here is my vintage icon series fretless. Based on the Jaco bass of doom I'm sure you are all aware of. Great little bass for the money. Currently strung with lightweight rounds. Only selling to make way for a fretless jazz project. 

I can post the bass as I have a cardboard box from a previous purchase.
