  1. I would be pairing the two cabs or using separately, the 115(14.5kg) is identical to the 1126 size vice, but with a different character of its own with the 1126 being more clean & modern sounding is my guess ? Every one who ever heard the 115 are amazed by the sound and authority, it sounds great with any bass(not least a P-bass) or low B, clear warm sound, had it for around 10 years and I have not heard anything better in the new cabs I tried (berg, eich, vanderkley, genzler, tecamp, ect.) I would love to add more of the great TKS sound with a different voicing, I could not imagine that I would not like it ???? I think anyone who have a TKS cab dont sell it,, its just real creamy quality

No, share the sordid details! I've always wondered about the status of whether or not there would be more Celinder basses made.

There's still being Celinder's made, Cristian Celinder had a time moving he's workshop around, in that time no basses was produced but thats some years ago now, but to say if Celinder's ever again will be pumped out in a more steady manner as did in the past is hard to tell but, the man is active (all ways busy) so who knows ?

That's basic supply and demand at work. Currently supply is nil and likely to stay that way. I do know why that is, but let's not get into the sordid details. There's a snot green (beauty is in the eye of the beholder, eh) Celinder J  over at the Bass Gallery in Camden with a similar asking price. I do know that Marcus tribute bass is probably not gonna sell at that price but I'm only prepared to fork out half of that. Besides my Marcus-tone quest has come to an end (for now) with the arrival of my Xotic XJ-1T in ash & maple...

For the 70s steroids nothing beats CELINDER, never tried Xotic/ it got many knobs ?

Link to the ad? Oh never mind. Asking price of €6200...  Nice looking bass, but I find that a bit too steep.

It will not sell at that price, there's bin loads of Celinder's either asking a crazy high price or buying Celinder for a fair price then trying to sell it for the double, the market price on a bass is what the basses are sold for and they go for very reasonable prices most of the Celinder*s that are actually sold. Do any one have any idea why this "gold mining" and secret buying prices is especially going on with Celinder basses ?
