I am a bit unsure about what this bass actually is. The serial number would indicate it being made in 1998 i think, but it says "produced by [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]SGC Nanyo" and it has the SGC marked soapbar pickups and Gotoh heads. I remember it being listed at [/font][/color]₤788 but of course no-one actually paid that.

I have a 5-string I'd like to sell. It was bought from The Bass Centre Manchester about 2000 or so and has probably less than ten hours of playing, so is very nearly mint condition. It is marked inside the control plate as 330 series, made in Japan serial 980740. Gold hardware, translucent green finish. A mate is very keen, I'd like to ask him a fair price rather than Ebay it. Any ideas what I should be asking?
