3 LEDs wrapped in one
Red/Green/Blue
My thinking was to use the Green (to say there is Mains) Blue (to show the battery is running) and Red (to show the Battery is Low)

Red
9v@20mA 350Ohms 2.0v Vf (just LED linked to a battery)
9v@20mA 330Ohms 2.4v Vf
56k/16k 9.0v/2.0v (Voltage drop)
33k/12k 9.0v/2.4v

Green/Blue
9v@20mA 280Ohms 3.4v Vf
9v@20mA 260Ohms 3.8v Vf
18K/11K 9.0v/3.4v
22k/16k 9.0v/3.8v [ if the voltage drops below 8.1v then it will drop the LED supply to 3.368v)

So the problem is going from 3.4/3.8v to feed the Blue light to change to Red that is coming form the same supply but
Would suit Most effect Pedals

2. The scary shock that nearly made me wet myself was in the shower, having a shower, and water under the unit..
'thinking were did that come from, wipe it off and see if i can figure out' buzzzz well i was in the swimming baths every day after that
i was too scared to have a shower as that should of kill me dead, in Water With High AMPs

3. I know that Newark on Trent is said to be the second best violin making school
Students always need money and they should be pretty good by there 3rd year

Myself, I owned a electric cheap violin from eBay (faulty) I wanted to take it a part to find out the workings
Well took off one bit and found out the power wasn't connected, then it worked so gave it away. Locale school.

4. Sorry to hear that, why we need to group for parts

Other things I use push/pull switches A500K
(I use them to save space, its on/on 2P2T switch)
Even maybe chips, transistors all for effects

5. Suggestion, (putting it in Build as its making parts) a lot of things are Cheaper (can be 50% cheaper in some case) if you buy in bulk, problem is the cost, could splash out that money if i can get some if back.

http://www.ebay.co.u...984.m1423.l2649

[ALL EBAY PRICES]
50QTY of 2P2T (on/on/on) Toggle Switchs, £31 (at post of this post) works out as 62p/unit
Now to buy 1 in this country about £2.98/unit
From china for 1 £1.58/unit

{now i have been NAGGED about buying from China, I agree money going out of the country isnt good}
{also China make some Rubbish things at times, Nasty Copies}
{to that i point out that is one hell of a Price Rise, and as for China Rubbish, most of the things i buy come out of china one way or another}

So back to the Suggestion, if any one else would be willing to buy some off me if I Chuck in £31 for the lot
As Im naff at making money (too open) 62p would be the cost of each unit (may lose a bit in £to$ convertion but i will make it back on the cost of what it would of cost me in the first place)
------
Now what to use these for, well it can give you 3 states, so its more a 2P3T (But the middle state Selects both) ie can be used for 2 Pickups.

The way i look at the switch is Two Switchs, A & B. you can select between Point 1 and 2 on Switch A, and 3 and 4 on Switch B
So Switch A will be 1,1,2 and Switch B will be 3,4,4. Both even numbers are on the same sides.
I use this to change a Humbuckle, (Series [side by side], Parrel [in line], Top{think can do the Bottem as well} Pickup) Can also do (Bottem, Parrel, Top)

This one is 50p/unit but the cost is above me. (150QTY = £74.20p)

6. Thanks for the help so far, still trying to get time to play around with it..
At the moment i can getting "Bishy" tones from other web sites for asking for help

I did and still do Electronics, also do Electrical Installations just finishing my 2nd year.
Now Electronic wise, giving me a circuit this big and just the board can be hard to follow for me..
This is why i asked for help, if any one else NEAR BY, DONE THIS BEFORE, or COULD SUGGEST SOME THING (as has happened here)

Note I am only 36 and Valves Tubes had been and gone when i did electronics, i know how to use Transistors.
This is also why i asked for help, not knowing TUBES that well, wanted input.

Now being 36 yes i have had SHOCKS, from CAPS, MAINS etc and i had MELTED some of my FINGUERS away
As a Part of Electricals you learn about how much AMPS it takes to KILL SOMEONE
Also had 230v (cant said the Amps 13!! Mains) around my Heart, and also touched a Buzz Bar Live 100A RCD
Plus licked a 9v batterie but lets not get in to that :o

7. Normally go for solder tag
Found 150qty for £75 about 50p/switch
Or 100qty for £59 about 59p/switch
After that its £1+/switch
(I don't want that many but double the price, might have to)

Sorry it took me a while to reply, I couldn't find the post

8. Likes, Music wise, Blondie, Bruce, Messer Chups, Madness and Vangelis etc lot of music i dont know and always welcome new ones,

Do love the sound of this Hang and the Magnetic Cello

More with the Magnetic cello as its electronic so might be able to make it myself or some thing on the lines of
but then Pans look murder to bang out

And as for Playing, sadly i dont at the moment
i had hopes of learning, but life gets in the way
Plan was to get on with the electronics side and use it as a trade off

Also i adore different sounds, Pan, orgran, things we dont hear enought now
along with the Home Made Instruments, Cig Guitars, Pipe Drums etc

9. The Question is, any way of making a Circuit that can sit in a ECC83 socket to replace to tube.
before i hear any crying, if im going to kill any thing a Circuit that i could easy repair and change would be better till i know the device using the 12AX7 is working correctly, also think it would be good as a back up, Tubes dont grow on trees, unlike money in a round about way.

10. Im after a good cheap supply on 2P2T (on/on/on) Toggle Switches.
At the moment all i can find is 63p/Switch, and i would have to by 50 of them

Ive got 2P2T (on/off/on) Better than on/on

also love these Mini ones but they are hard to get a good supply not needed them as much yet
but when i can get on SMD i might go down that road.

11. Swirling in White Enamel Paints and maybe black.. (Im not one to talk about this as i SUCK at respray work) but i was thinking Warmish Day and warm water in a BIN, put in some black and white paints (enamel i believe attaches well) get a Kabab stick and wooosh it up a bit and dip in, Personaly i suggest a slow turning of the guitar.

But i would suggest TRYING THIS out on a bit of wood, and the other thing is to put a Varnish or Laquer coat on top (i forget what the difference is between the two, they both send me high)

12. It was indoors so wasnt sure what it was.. could be dust.. its always in the air and a bit of water vapor..
im going to check the tube out in another device to make sure.. personaly i dont like the look of it
but it seems to be all connected to each other inside

13. I keep not doing this and jumping right in to Forums
I dont like them myself, as i find the Tones hard to read.

When i do come on them its because i need help, and i figured that someone else had a same/simlar problem and found what not or what to do in the past.

Dont like people saying GO to someone QUAL or a Professional, i dont want to spend money on someone else doing the job, just told to LOOK OUT for the CAPs and dont work with the dam power on you FOOL. More HELPFUL suggestions.

Saying that, i was educated in Computers/Electronics/Electrical. Sadly Im Dyslexic so find some things hard to read but my spelling is bad (keep spelling Wonder as Wounder) i believe we are humans and always learning, i would like to learn more to help others with there electronics, i Suck at Playing so if i can help in other ways, i will. If i cant ill shut up, and if i like some thing then i will say so, (Not sarky type)

Get the Most out of a Item for the least amount of Money. Good Tech

14. Well I cant figure out myself whats up with this. So am looking for someone who can repair them in the England (Im around Newark Nottinghamshire{A1/A46 Crossroads})

The Transformer dosnt seem to have markings on it, i know its connected on both sides, and the Prim is 400mH and the Second is 74mH and 576mH.

Any way, so looking for help with this. Turned it on and lights come on, wapped it up to near full and plugged in a guitar but nothing out, so turned it off and had a look at the circuit again and the tube was Smoking a bit, seems to be still all ok, ill try it out on a overdrive tube i have to make sure.
