  2. Wow, that's an insane price! If I hadn't just bought a De Gier with a very similar spec I'd snap this up! GLWTS (not that you should need it!)
  3. For sale: Light weight Stagg acoustic bass bag. Got this to take my Godin Ultra Bass back home. Think I've used it two, maybe three times, it's like new, still has the tag on. It doesn't have a massive amount of padding but it does have a thin layer. It has two straps and a front zip pocket. Located near Darlington but will post. Cheers
  4. Up for grabs is my 2005 USA Jazz Deluxe. This has been my go to bass for the past 4 years, and has had one previous owner prior to me. As you can see from the attached photos this previous owner pranged the bass on something or other. However, none of the wood is missing making this nothing but a superficial issue. When I first received the bass I was hell bent on getting this chip covered over as soon as possible, but I quickly forgot about it as it's on the back and no one see it. This is the only imperfection on an otherwise spotless bass that has been well taken care of. The bass sounds great! It's everything you could want from a modern Fender Jazz. A plethora of sounds are available from the active circuitry, the neck is lovely, slim and fast fast fast!, the body is tapered so is much less bulky than the standard Jazzes, it's light weight and super low actions can be attained. Fender USA Jazz Deluxe - 2005 - Rare Candy Tangerine colour - Active (x2 9v) - Maple neck and fretboard - 34" Scale - Alder Body - Abalone inlays - SCN noiseless single coil pickups - Chrome hardware - 5 Bolt bolt on neck Fender fitted hard case included. Bass is located near Darlington but I will post. NOW LOOKING FOR JUST £670!!
  5. Oops, appears I forgot more than I thought! The bass has a 35" scale. I'm not sure on the weight, I'll have to try and find something to weigh it with. It is heavier than My De Gier which is around 9lbs
  6. Oops, forgot to include location. The bass is located near Darlington
  7. Hello! Here is my basschat feedback. Whentbass

The bass has the signature punchy Overwater sound along with great sustain and a fantastic low B. Looking for just £950!!!! Bass is located near Darlington but I will post (at buyer's expense). Any questions just ask!
  9. I've just bought a De Gier Origin 5 from Pat and it couldn't have been easier. The bass was exactly as described, it was excellently packaged, it arrived quickly and safely all the way from Austria and Pat's communication through out was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from him again. 10/10. Cheers again Pat!
  10. Hello! Anyone out there use (or have used) a GR20 with a Godin SA bass? I bought a GR20 recently for my SA A5 and can't get the synth sounds to work. Everything's plugged in properly (13 pin GK cable from Bass to GR20, 1/4" jack from guitar out to amp), leads are new and in perfect order and the unit seems to be powering up fine with all the lights on and everything but I'm still not getting the actual synth sounds. Just the sound of my bass. Help? Anyone?... Cheers
  11. Hello. Did you use this with a Godin Ultra Bass by any chance?
  12. Now that is a thing of beauty. Really fancy one of these. I recently bid on an NYC M5 24 on eebs, but alas, my highest (and highest overall) bid didn't meet the reserve : ( SP Looks pretty good, I like it
  13. Hello fellow bass enthusiasts, I've been perusing the forums on here for a while but have never done the whole profile creation thing. I've been playing bass for around ten years now. I've got a massively electic taste so I won't go into all that... Needless to say, I play a lot of jazz, and I love a bit of prog/math rock. And reggae and classic ska. Oh, and electronica. And ambient music. And FONK! And film soundtrack, and soul and motown..... Anywho, I feel I'm being dragged into the marketplace so.... Peace out : D
