If anyone is unfamiliar with Suhr, these basses are unreal!

In a car with no other band members gear Mono M80 or Vertigo.
In a car with other band members gear or back of a van Hiscox.

Those Mustangs with the stripes are so rad.

I run the DarkGlass B3K into my Tech21 VT Bass. It tends to work, but I'm not that happy with the B3K. I tried the Boss ODB-3, but it can be a little hard to tame. MXR BassOverdrive was nice, but a little dark for me.
Boss BD-2 BluesDriver is a surprisingly good pedal for bass. No loss of low-end, and plenty of clarity.

Yellow Dunlop Tortex (0.73mm I think) gives me everything I need. The FLEX series feel a little nicer, but I can't explain why.
I saw a PG RigRundown with Juan Alderete and, I didn't realise that while thicker picks give more note attack, slightly thinner picks tend to give you more low-end. To me they just always felt more comfortable.

The best stainless steel rounds I've used are the Dunlop SuperBrights. I used to use DR, but when the Dunlops came along they were just as good in every way, and were about half the price. Win win!

DiMarzio model P. Will give you want you're looking for. 😎
I went from a Seymour QP to a Dimarzio Model P years and years ago, and immediately I had all the mids I needed. Its how a P should sound, really.

SR-16 is definitely the way to go. I'm really into the Roland TR line, but they're more for dance/electronic.

I really enjoy the Roland GoMixer Pro.
I use it for general playalong stuff and demos, and it has a nice little cradle for your phone so you can video yourself with brilliant audio quality. Plus, enough ins and outs for additional instruments, a mic (with phantom power), mp3 player, mixer input for live gig/rehearsal recording.

I've been a Dimarzio ClipLock strap user for a while, but I have no idea why. I suppose they just do the job and they're nice and secure. I've tried a few different options with more padding and different materials, but always find they're a bit too grippy on my clothes.

Would you post the bass to Scotland
I’m based in Birmingham, so fairly central and easy to get to. Plus, when you’re spending this kind of money you really should play it first.
